Her combinations of sprouted grains, seeds and nuts, along with fruits, vegetable, herbs and seaweeds are manufactured with the utmost care for the preservation of the living vitality and nutrition of these ingredients. She is dedicated to offering an alternative to the lifeless commercial foods commonly available today.
They are delicious with your daily meals or convenient for the person on the run. Please remember to drink liquids prior to eating dehydrated foods! The body needs adequate moisture for proper digestion.
The breads and bars and anything else you wish to re-hydrate should be sprayed with a mister or dipped in water, set aside, and allowed to absorb water for a few minutes. In Joy!
