Pesto Pizzaz
Our raw version of pizza - what a treat!  A crispy seed and veggie crust topped with our thick and ‘cheezy’ pesto sauce and marinated veggies.  So good!

Mediterranean Crêpe
Our home made gluten-free sprouted buckwheat crêpe filled with sautéed eggplant, onions, zucchini, tomato and kalamata olives, topped with our Vegan Pesto Sauce.

Apple Cobbler Crêpe
Our home made gluten-free sprouted buckwheat crêpe filled with our raw Apple Raisin Cobbler, Cashew Kreem’, and Lydia’s Organics Vanilla Crunch Cereal.

Our Famous Raw Vegan Greek Salad with Walnut ‘Kreem’, Dolmas made with our Raw Rice and Sesame Dill Sauce, and Coconut Almond Hummus served with Lydia’s Organics Crackers.

A big romaine leaf filled with our Raw Rice, Salsa Fresca, Coconut Almond Hummus, Avocado and Chili Sauce, served with a homemade salad topped with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Lydia’s Organics Crackers.
